Kalkulator Gaji :: Kira Gaji, Caruman KWSP, PERKESO, SIP dan PCB

Why is my PCB different from my payslip?

A difference usually means the calculator and payroll are using different amounts, history or settings. A mismatch by itself does not establish that either the employer or calculator is wrong.

Salary, bonuses and claims earlier in the year

PCB uses accumulated payroll information. A salary change, earlier bonus, recognised claim or different amount of prior PCB can change the current deduction even when this month’s basic salary matches. This calculator assumes the same salary from January, one current-month annual bonus and no earlier TP1 claims.

Job changes and TP3

HASiL’s TP3 provides the new employer with relevant current-year information from previous employment for PCB. If you changed employers, payroll can include history that this simplified calculator does not collect. Our January-start, one-employer model does not support job changes.

Check that the employer has the appropriate prior-employment information rather than trying to reproduce a changed-job payslip by entering only the latest monthly salary.

Contribution settings and rounding

EPF elections, SOCSO category, EIS eligibility, LINDUNG participation and payroll zakat may differ. EPF wage tables and remittance rounding also differ from an unrestricted flat-percentage calculation. An allowable-deduction claim affects withholding only under its applicable rules and recognition through payroll.

Compare the same payroll period

Align the period, salary, annual bonus, tax category, residency and contribution settings first. Then compare each employee deduction and ask payroll which history and approved claims were used. Consult the documented coverage limits when the payslip involves a scenario the form cannot represent.
